Math Matters Microsite
A Tremendousness Project
How do you make 11 education principles feel important, accessible, and actionable?
For Math Matters, we needed to do more than just list ExcelinEd's principles—we needed to present them in a way that makes it easy for a person to explore, understand, and act on.
Math Matters first introduces these principles within an illustrated diagram. The diagram shows how the 11 principles are divided into 4 main categories. It's like a roadmap—giving you a high-level view of what you're about to dive into before you get lost in the details.
These category names come into play on the Policy and State Map pages where users can interact with a side navigation to filter to the content they are most interested in.
Instead of scrolling through a static report, users can dive into the principles that matter most to them, see how states are performing, and filter data to find exactly what they need.
